I grew up in Penrith, it’s a small town about 50ks west of Sydney. Well, I say small because half the people I meet at Sydney can’t place it. It may be considered by some to be part of Australia’s vast suburban wasteland but I find that it provides as much material for pretentious poetic digression as any 3 hour coffee trip in a café on King Street can. So strait after high school I went into a Bachelor of Arts, of which I am now in my second year - but it’s my first here at Sydney. It’s been a notable experience thus far. .
